Great Silk Road

DAY 1: MANILA – TASHKENT

• Board your overnight flight.

DAY 2: MANILA – TASHKENT

• Dinner
• Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to the hotel for check-in.
• Begin your Tashkent tour, by visiting the Independence Square, the Senate, Eternal Flame, Romanov Palace, Theater Square, Tashkent Metro, and more.
• Enjoy dinner before returning to the hotel.

DAY 3: TASHKENT – URGENCH – KHIVA

• Morning flight to Urgench,
• Then drive to Khiva. Explore Ichan Kala, a UNESCO site, visiting Kunya Ark, Juma Mosque, and Islam Khodja Minaret.
• After hotel check-in and rest
• Visit Tash Khauli Palace, Pakhlavan Mahmoud Mausoleum, and Alla Kuli Khan Madrasah.
• Evening free for exploring Khiva.

DAY 4: ROME – PISA – FLORENCE

• Breakfast 
• Transfer to Bukhara by bus via Kyzyl Kum desert (7 hours route).
• Upon arrival, hotel-check in and free time for dinner.

DAY 5: BUKHARA CITY

• Breakfast
• Proceed for a city tour of Bukhara: Ismael Samani Mausoleum, Bolo-Hauz Mosque, Ark Citadel, Poi Kalon Ensemble, and Lyabi-Khauz. 
• In the afternoon, explore Bukhara Dome Bazaars.
• Enjoy a fashion/folk show at Nodir Devon Begi Madrassah.
• Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 6: BUKHARA – SAMARKAND

• Breakfast
• Depart for Samarkand. Upon arrival, proceed for lunch.
• Continue to visit Registan Square’s three madrasahs: Ulugh Beg, Tilya-Kori, and Sher-Dor.
• Check into the hotel, enjoy free time, dinner, and overnight stay.

DAY 7: SAMARKAND – TASHKENT

• Breakfast
• Proceed to your tour of Samarkand and visit Gur Emir Mausoleum, Registan Square, Bibi-Khanum Mosque, Siyab Bazaar, and Shakhi-Zindeh Complex.
• In the afternoon, depart for Tashkent, and upon arrival have dinner then, proceed for hotel check-in.

DAY 8: TASHKENT – FERGANA

• Breakfast
• Depart for Kokand by train.
• Upon arrival visit Khudayar Khan’s Palace, Juma Mosque, and Modarikhan Necropolis.
• Then, proceed to travel to Rishtan to visit Mr. Rustam Usmanov’s ceramic workshop.
• Continue to Fergana for hotel check-in. Free time for dinner.

DAY 9: PARISFERGANA – OSH – BISHKEK

• Today you will travel from Fergana to the Osh border, where the guide will meet you for a transfer to Osh.
• Visit Suleiman Mountain, a pilgrimage site linked to the legend of Prophet Solomon.
• In the evening, transfer to the airport for a flight to Bishkek.
• Free time for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 10: BISHKEK – ALA ARCHA – BISHKEK

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Visit Ala Archa Gorge, a natural park with stunning views, followed by a short hike.
• Return to Bishkek for a guided tour, including Pobeda Square, Duboviy Park, Central Ala-Too Square, Old Square, and the National Philharmonic.
• Free time for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 11: BURANA – ICE CREAM FUN

• Breakfast
• Depart for Issyk Kul Lake, the second largest alpine lake in the world.
• On the way. visit Burana Tower and the Balbals open-air museum. The tower, dating from the 11th century, offers views once seen by Silk Road travelers.
• Free time for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 12: ISSYK KUL

• Visit ancient petroglyphs made over 2,000 years ago by shamans, with a panoramic view of Issyk Kul Lake. Afterward, explore the Cholpon Ata Museum, showcasing Kyrgyz history, crafts, and artifacts.
• Free time for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 13: HOT ASH KYRGYZ – KYRGYZ BORDER ALMATY

• Breakfast at hotel.
• Transfer to the border to proceed to Almaty City.
• You will have free time for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 14:  ALMATY CITY TOUR 

• Today you will have a half-day city tour to explore Almaty’s history and key attractions, including: the Central State Museum, Republic Square, Abai Opera Theatre, Green Bazaar, and more.
• Afternoon free time and dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 15: ALMATY – CHARYN CANON – ALMATY 

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Have a day trip to Charyn Canyon, a 12-million-year-old natural wonder. After a 3-hour drive, enjoy a local lunch and explore the canyon’s impressive cliffs and Castles Valley.
• Free time for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 16: ALMATY – MANILA

• Your trip concludes here.
• Transfer from your hotel to the airport for your flight back to Manila.
